My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were grand and very modern, with a balcony, overlooking the newly established gardens and crystal blue pool. They were very spacious, clean, and not noisy at all. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived until my departure. The location was picturesque and convenient, close to all of Knysna's attractions and with great views, especially at night. The dining experience was excellent, just after finishing their delicious breakfast buffet. Overall, a truly memorable experience.
